A clip has been circulating on social media today (January 14) that has angered many people. The clip shows a man knocking over a bike and beating a young girl on the street.

The images in the clip show the victim asking for help from women on the street to explain to the man that the reason was that he cut in front of the car. However, the man appeared to be unconscious, kicked and knocked over the girl's car.

As the girl continued to explain, the man approached and assaulted her, despite her repeated words, "What are you doing?"

A woman on the street tried to stop her and a young man came to stand in front to protect the girl.

Through initial verification, the incident occurred on the evening of January 13 on Phan Huy Ich Street, Ward 12, Go Vap District. On January 14, after the clip recording the incident was spread on social networks, Go Vap District Police stepped in to verify the content and investigate, and handle it according to legal regulations.
