(Dan Tri) - After a traffic collision on Phan Dang Luu Street, Phu Nhuan District (HCMC), two people in a car got into the street and assaulted a motorbike driver.
On March 4, social media users shared a clip recording two men getting out of a car with license plate 60A-93306 onto the street and beating a man on a motorbike.
The two men used their hands and feet to repeatedly hit the victim. When some passersby intervened, the two men stopped and got into a car to leave. The initial cause of the incident was determined to be a collision between the two parties.

Upon verification, the incident occurred at the intersection of Phan Dang Luu - Thich Quang Duc, Ward 5, Phu Nhuan District, Ho Chi Minh City. The incident caused traffic congestion in the area.
"There have been many traffic collisions on the road, where both sides have fought and been prosecuted by the police for disturbing public order and intentionally causing injury. I don't understand why car drivers don't acknowledge these incidents and restrain themselves from going beyond the limit," said Mr. Tuan (42 years old, living in Phu Nhuan district).
Phu Nhuan District authorities have learned of the incident and are verifying and inviting the driver to headquarters to investigate and clarify the incident.
