Nghe An extends 1,356 m2 of commercial and service land for businesses in Do Luong district
Nghe An extended the license for Do Luong General Trading Joint Stock Company to use an area of 1,356.2 m2 of land for commercial and service purposes in Do Luong town, Do Luong district.
Mr. Nguyen Van De, Vice Chairman of Nghe An Provincial People's Committee has just signed and issued Decision No. 431/QD-UBND on extending the land use period and adjusting the land area for Do Luong General Trading Joint Stock Company to lease and use ( in Do Luong town, Do Luong district). The company was leased by the Provincial People's Committee under Decision No. 2467/QD-UB.DC dated November 10, 2004, and is now expired.

Nghe An Provincial People's Committee decided to extend the area of 1,356.2 m2 for Do Luong General Trading Joint Stock Company. Land used for commercial and service purposes.
In which, the term of use for 1,184.2 m2 Land in accordance with planning, extended for 20 years, from November 10, 2024. For 172.0 m2 Land not in accordance with planning is located within the road construction boundary. The location and boundaries of the land are determined according to the cadastral map correction measurement confirmed by the Land Registration Office on December 12, 2024. The form of land lease is to pay annual land rent.
In this decision, the People's Committee of Nghe An province also stated that for 172.0 m2 Land that is not in accordance with the planning is located within the road construction boundary. Do Luong General Trading Joint Stock Company is required not to build any works on this area. The unit is allowed to use it until the State recovers the land to open the road according to regulations.
Nghe An Provincial People's Committee assigned the Department of Natural Resources and Environment to determine specific land prices to calculate land rent payable according to regulations; sign land lease contracts; issue certificates of land use rights and ownership of assets attached to land to Do Luong General Trading Joint Stock Company and update and correct land databases and cadastral records.
Nghe An Provincial Tax Department determines the land rental price, the amount that Do Luong General Trading Joint Stock Company must pay to the state budget; confirms the completion of land rental payment and sends a notice of the result to the Department of Natural Resources and Environment.
