Hojlund could leave Manchester United this summer.

According to La Gazzetta dello Sport, coach Antonio Conte's team is preparing for a massive reinforcement in the summer transfer window of 2025, in the context that the club has a bright chance of participating in the Champions League next season.

Sources from Napoli revealed that the Naples team could bring in up to seven new players. Finding a replacement for Victor Osimhen is considered a top priority for coach Antonio Conte. One of the targets is Rasmus Hojlund - a striker currently playing for Manchester United.

Hojlund, with his Serie A experience from Atalanta, was seen as the ideal candidate for Conte. Hojlund was actually linked with Napoli last summer, when the Serie A club were willing to swap Osimhen for the Danish striker. However, for various reasons, the deal could not be completed.

However, with what Hojlund has shown recently, this striker is allowed to leave Old Trafford in the summer of 2025, when Man United also needs money to serve their shopping plan. Man United is rumored to demand a fee of about 60 million euros for Hojlund to avoid losing money, after they spent 75 million euros to buy him from Atalanta in the summer of 2023.

Napoli understand that to own a striker of the desired quality, they will have to spend a large amount of money to satisfy MU. In terms of financial resources, Napoli expects to earn 75 million euros if Victor Osimhen's contract release clause is activated by a club outside Serie A, after his loan period at Galatasaray ends.

In addition, the transfer of Khvicha Kvaratskhelia to Paris Saint-Germain in January 2025 brought in 70 million euros, creating additional financial resources for this plan.
