On the morning of January 31, at Tam Thanh Border Guard Station (Quan Son), the Department of Culture, Sports and Tourism and the Provincial Border Guard Command (BĐBP) held a signing ceremony of a coordination program on "Promoting and improving the effectiveness of cultural, sports, tourism and family activities on the two border lines of Thanh Hoa province in the period of 2023 - 2025"; visiting and giving gifts to Border Guard stations and local people on the occasion of the Lunar New Year 2024.
Representatives of the provincial Department of Culture, Sports and Tourism and the provincial Border Guard Command signed the coordination program.

In the field of sports, organize mass physical education and sports activities for ethnic minorities and officers and soldiers of Border Guard units on the two border lines. Research, collect, maintain and develop ethnic sports and folk games of ethnic minorities to preserve the traditions and cultural identity of the nation; build and develop cultural and sports clubs suitable to the actual situation and conditions in the localities.
In the tourism sector, promote the dissemination and propaganda of tourism laws to contribute to raising legal awareness in tourism activities in general and tourism activities related to border areas. In the family sector, coordinate the development of a number of models of cultural, sports, tourism and family activities in ethnic minority areas; cultural families; cultural villages and hamlets; deploy a set of criteria for family conduct in ethnic minority areas and a number of other activities.
