Mr. Le Duc Thuan, Head of the Department of Education and Training of Ba Dinh District, said that as of September 20, 11/49 public schools in Ba Dinh District had organized dialogue conferences between heads of Party committees, principals, directors of district vocational education and continuing education centers with teachers, staff, parents and students.

According to plan, by October 6, 100% of schools will complete organizing dialogue conferences.

Strengthening facilities, building national standard schools; solutions to improve the quality of teachers' ethics, the quality of life of cadres, teachers and staff; training and fostering of teachers and students; implementation of democratic regulations, publicizing internal spending regulations...

Mr. Le Duc Thuan also shared that over the years, dialogue work in the education sector of Ba Dinh District has always been highly valued and focused on putting into practice. In particular, it has had an influence and spread, being an annual activity at schools in the district.

In the 2023-2024 school year, schools in the district will continue to improve the quality and quantity of regular and ad hoc dialogues, proactively develop dialogue content, and forecast situations to ensure democracy, openness, transparency, and focus.
