MISA has two digital technology products honored at Make in Vietnam 2023

At the "Make in Vietnam 2023" Awards Ceremony, MISA QLTS and MISA ASP solutions developed by MISA were honored as excellent digital technology products. The awards ceremony is within the framework of the National Forum on Developing Vietnamese Digital Technology Enterprises 2023 (VFTE 2023) hosted by the Ministry of Information and Communications (MIC) in Quang Ninh province. This is the leading award in the field of information technology, aiming to honor enterprises with excellent digital technology products designed, created, and manufactured in Vietnam, contributing to promoting the development of the National Digital Transformation Program. Surpassing 227 digital solutions and many rigorous rounds of assessment, MISA won the Bronze prize in the category of Excellent Digital Products for Digital Government and Top 10 Excellent Digital Products for Digital Economy.

Deputy Prime Minister Tran Hong Ha, Minister of Information and Communications Nguyen Manh Hung and leaders of Quang Ninh province visited the booth and highly appreciated MISA's digital transformation solutions.

In the category of Outstanding Digital Product for Digital Government, MISA QLTS Asset Management software won the Bronze award among 10 honored solutions. This is a digital solution that unifies public asset management operations on the same system, helping to save maximum time and resources for units.

Mr. Tran Manh Dung - representative of MISA's Administrative Business Block received the Bronze award in the category of Excellent Digital Product for Digital Government with MISA QLTS.

MISA QLTS supports the management of a variety of public assets on all devices, flexibly connecting with other systems such as QR code scanning applications, barcodes, accounting software, remote digital signatures, etc. to create a closed, seamless asset management cycle. At the same time, the solution supports data convergence for the entire industry and locality, providing smart, multi-dimensional, intuitive reports, helping leaders of units promptly grasp the situation of state asset use to make reasonable management decisions. With its superior features, MISA QLTS software has been contributing to building a unified database of public assets across the locality, preparing for integration with the national database. Currently, the software is trusted and used in nearly 46,000 administrative units, communes/wards, accompanying ministries, branches, and localities on the journey of creating e-Government, towards digital Government. In the category of Outstanding Digital Product for Digital Economy, the MISA ASP service accounting platform is in the TOP 10 honored solutions for contributing to solving the problem of connecting businesses, business households with service accounting units nationwide.

According to a survey by MISA, currently, about 40%, equivalent to 285,000 enterprises and more than 5 million Vietnamese business households, are still limited in resources and do not have their own accounting department to perform financial - accounting work. Therefore, they need to hire external services to solve problems related to finance - accounting - taxes for their own units. From that reality, the MISA ASP platform was born with the mission of connecting small, micro enterprises, and business households that do not have an accounting department with quality accounting services nationwide at a cost that is 75% more optimal than maintaining an accounting department. For businesses and business households, this platform allows units to grasp financial data instantly and fully control the data even when hiring accounting services, thereby making timely and quick management decisions. For service accounting units, the platform helps increase customers and productivity 10 times higher than the traditional way. To date, more than 20,000 businesses, business households and 1,400 service accountants have participated in the MISA ASP platform. Also within the framework of the event, MISA participated in the exhibition at the booth of digital transformation solutions according to all three pillars of Digital Government, Digital Economy and Digital Society, attracting many guests to experience.
