Other places in the North have scattered rain and light rain, especially in the mountainous areas and the Northeast, there will be rain and showers; from the night of March 14, there will be light rain, drizzle and fog, cold at night and morning. Other areas will have no rain at night; sunny during the day, some places in the South will be hot, especially in the Southeast, there will be widespread heat.
The meteorological agency forecasts that around the night of March 18, the North is likely to receive a cold spell of medium intensity. From the night of March 18 to 20, there will be scattered rain and thunderstorms in some places. The weather will turn cold.
In the Northwest, there will be rain in some places, early morning there will be fog and scattered light fog, sunny in the afternoon, from around March 16 to 18, there will be hot weather in some places. From the night of March 18 to 20, there will be rain, scattered showers and thunderstorms in some places. Cold at night and in the morning.
During this cold spell, the temperature in Hanoi dropped by 5 - 6 degrees Celsius. Specifically, on March 19, the temperature in the capital was from 20 - 22 degrees Celsius (down 6 degrees Celsius compared to March 18), and in the following days, the temperature remained around 19 - 21 degrees Celsius.
In Cao Bang province, the cold air had a more pronounced effect when on March 19, the temperature dropped 9 degrees Celsius compared to the previous day. During this cold spell, the temperature in this province remained at 16 - 20 degrees Celsius.
