With the theme “Ninh Thuan delicacies with American chicken”, within 90 minutes, the contestants used the main ingredient of American chicken and typical ingredients of the province such as asparagus, garlic, onions, grapes, cactus, stir-fried leaves with dong… to create 25 colorful dishes, diverse flavors, unique decorations. Thereby, creating a professional playground according to international standards for culinary talents in the province and the region; raising the level of culinary standards as well as opportunities to learn experiences, share knowledge and exchange in the culinary community, encouraging the creativity of promising young chefs with great potential…

After the evaluation and scoring, the jury found 3 excellent dishes and awarded the first prize of 10 million VND, second prize of 5 million VND, third prize of 3 million VND and 3 consolation prizes, each prize of 1.5 million VND.
