Nhat Thanh Food Company Limited has been operating since 2020, with a slaughter capacity of 190 heads/day and night according to Decision No. 435/QD-UBND dated November 26, 2019 approved by the Provincial People's Committee. In 2023, the company will coordinate with the Center for Rural Development - SAEMAUL under the University of Social Sciences and Humanities to implement a joint project to produce, process and consume export-oriented goat and sheep products according to Halal standards, with a budget of over 4.6 billion VND. Currently, the company is completing procedures to promptly disburse capital to buy goats and sheep for breeding to deliver to people and invest in equipment; at the same time, it is proposing that the province create favorable conditions for land funds to build a slaughter line according to Halal standards, meeting export criteria.

After listening to the company's development orientation, the Vice Chairman of the Provincial People's Committee highly appreciated the company's activities in the past time, basically meeting the province's goals and policies on centralized livestock slaughter, ensuring food safety and hygiene in the area. He requested relevant departments and branches to review and consider allocating appropriate land funds and providing legal procedures so that the company can soon complete the investment and construction process as proposed.

Speaking at the inspection, the Vice Chairman of the Provincial People's Committee emphasized: This is a large-scale project, the province is particularly interested in and expects it to be put into operation on time as committed; although the project has been granted investment policy by the province for a long time, up to now, most of the construction progress of the items is behind schedule. He requested that enterprises show determination, speed up implementation of the assigned land areas, not to let them stagnate or prolong; at the same time, resolutely handle any further delays. Sectors and localities should pay attention to reviewing and removing difficulties and obstacles for enterprises under their responsibilities and management scope according to regulations.
