The Vietnam National Team had an emotional journey that culminated in the final match to win the ASEAN Cup 2024. This is the third time the Vietnam National Team has won the championship (2008 and 2018) but the first time it won on away ground and especially at Rajamangala Stadium of the opponent who has won the ASEAN Cup 7 times - the Thailand team. This final match is not only meaningful in terms of title but also marks the strong return of Vietnamese football in the region. This victory is also a meaningful New Year gift for the people of the whole country as well as demonstrating the spirit of the nation in the new era.
