BTO - This morning (August 31), the Provincial Party Committee, People's Council, People's Committee, and Vietnam Fatherland Front Committee of the province visited the heroic martyrs at the provincial Martyrs' Cemetery and visited President Ho Chi Minh at the Ho Chi Minh Museum - Binh Thuan Branch, on the occasion of the 78th anniversary of the National Day of the Socialist Republic of Vietnam (September 2, 1945 - September 2, 2023).
Attending the ceremony were Member of the Party Central Committee - Secretary of the Provincial Party Committee - Head of the National Assembly Delegation of the province Duong Van An; Deputy Secretary of the Provincial Party Committee - Chairman of the Provincial People's Committee Doan Anh Dung; Vice Chairmen of the People's Council - People's Committee, Chairman of the Vietnam Fatherland Front Committee of the province; revolutionary veterans; former secretaries, deputy secretaries, members of the Standing Committee of the Provincial Party Committee, former chairmen, vice chairmen of the People's Council, People's Committee, Vietnam Fatherland Front Committee of the province; former heads and deputy heads of the National Assembly Delegation of the province, XV National Assembly deputies - Binh Thuan province; armed forces, veterans, leaders of departments, branches and sectors; youth union; City Party Committee, People's Committee of Phan Thiet city; cadres and people of Hong Son and Hong Liem communes, Ham Thuan Bac district.
In a solemn atmosphere, provincial leaders and delegates observed a minute of silence, offered flowers at the memorial, and burned incense to express their respect and infinite gratitude for the great sacrifices of the heroes and martyrs who fought bravely and sacrificed to protect the Fatherland, gain independence for the nation, and bring freedom and peace to the people.
To be worthy of the noble sacrifices of heroes, martyrs, and those who have contributed to the country, the Party Committee, government, and people of Binh Thuan province vow to unite, strive, and be determined to successfully implement the Resolutions of Party Congresses at all levels, firmly build and protect the Fatherland, and build Binh Thuan province to be increasingly civilized and prosperous.
After the incense offering ceremony, provincial leaders and delegates came to burn incense at each martyr's grave to show respect and deep gratitude to the heroic martyrs.

Chairman of the Provincial People's Committee Doan Anh Dung burned incense on each martyr's grave.
Next, the delegation offered flowers and burned incense to pay tribute to President Ho Chi Minh at the Ho Chi Minh Museum - Binh Thuan Branch.
