Therefore, local Party committees and authorities, first of all districts, towns and cities, must carefully review to ensure domestic water for the people. "Absolutely do not let people lack domestic water - this is an order. If the locality is in difficulty, it must immediately report to the Provincial Party Standing Committee and the leaders of the Provincial People's Committee to direct the relevant agencies to coordinate with the locality to resolve and overcome. First of all, ensure domestic water for the people, then consider ensuring water for livestock, poultry, and water for production" - Comrade Nguyen Hoai Anh requested.

The Provincial Party Secretary said that in the long term, the province will continue to implement reservoir projects, first of all the Ka Pet Lake project, then the La Nga 3 Lake project, and canal systems to connect lakes and branch canals to bring water, ensuring domestic water for people and water for industrial and agricultural production. At the same time, he requested sectors and localities to strengthen State management of land, environment, and construction order; promptly prevent and strictly handle acts of encroachment on public land and project land; acts of illegal and unlicensed exploitation, trading, and transportation of minerals. Localities must perform well in budget collection, collect taxes, fees, and charges correctly, fully, and promptly; speed up the progress of approved works and projects with allocated capital. Any locality that has not yet allocated capital for national target programs must base on the resolution of the People's Council and the decision of the Provincial People's Committee to urgently allocate capital for implementation.
