Martyrs' Memorial Service on the 79th Anniversary of the Founding of the Vietnam People's Army

This morning, December 22, the Provincial Party Committee, People's Council, People's Committee, and Vietnam Fatherland Front Committee of the province held a martyrs' memorial service at the provincial martyrs' cemetery, on the occasion of the 79th anniversary of the founding of the Vietnam People's Army (December 22, 1944 - December 22, 2023).

Provincial leaders attended the funeral

Attending the funeral were comrades: Duong Van An - Member of the Party Central Committee, Secretary of the Provincial Party Committee, Head of the Provincial National Assembly Delegation; Nguyen Hoai Anh - Alternate Member of the Party Central Committee, Standing Deputy Secretary of the Provincial Party Committee, Chairman of the Provincial People's Council; Doan Anh Dung - Deputy Secretary of the Provincial Party Committee, Chairman of the Provincial People's Committee; Bo Thi Xuan Linh - Member of the Provincial Party Standing Committee, Chairman of the Provincial Vietnam Fatherland Front Committee; Vice Chairmen of the Provincial People's Council, People's Committee, and Provincial Vietnam Fatherland Front Committee; veteran revolutionaries, former leaders of the province through the periods; former heads and deputy heads of the National Assembly delegations of all terms; XV National Assembly deputies - Binh Thuan unit; leaders of Party committees, departments, branches, representatives of the armed forces, Youth Union, City Party Committee, People's Committee of Phan Thiet city...

Leaders of the Provincial Party Committee, People's Council, People's Committee, and Vietnam Fatherland Front Committee of the province offered incense.

In the solemn atmosphere of the ceremony, delegates respectfully laid wreaths and offered incense to commemorate the heroic martyrs who sacrificed for the independence and freedom of the Fatherland and for the happiness of the people.

Chairman of the Provincial People's Council and Chairman of the Provincial People's Committee burn incense at each martyr's grave.

After the wreath-laying and incense-offering ceremony at the Memorial, delegates went to each grave to burn incense for the martyrs.

Over the years, in order to carry out the work of gratitude, remembering the source of water, the Party Committee, government and people of Binh Thuan province have always paid attention to and organized activities to care for war invalids, sick soldiers, families of martyrs, and families of people with revolutionary contributions. Provincial leaders and sectors and localities have regularly visited, presented gifts and encouraged war invalids, sick soldiers, families and relatives of martyrs, and Vietnamese Heroic Mothers...

After the martyrs' memorial service at the provincial martyrs' cemetery, the delegates offered flowers and incense to commemorate Uncle Ho at the Ho Chi Minh Museum, Binh Thuan branch.
