Notably, the ceremony was attended by 65 delegates who are typical examples with outstanding achievements in studying and following Ho Chi Minh's ideology, morality, and style (period 2014-2024).
Speaking at the opening ceremony, Comrade Bui Mai Hoa, Member of the Provincial Party Standing Committee, Head of the Provincial Party Committee's Propaganda Department, emphasized: In recent years, together with the whole country, the Party Committee, Government, Armed Forces and People of Ninh Binh province have been competing to achieve achievements and organize many practical activities to celebrate the 55th anniversary of implementing Uncle Ho's Testament and the 65th anniversary of Uncle Ho's visit to Ninh Binh. Ninh Binh was honored to receive Uncle Ho's visit 5 times. These were important events, sacred memories forever engraved in the minds and feelings of every cadre, soldier and people of Ninh Binh province. Uncle Ho's thoughtful advice every time he visited showed his deep affection for Ninh Binh.
With all our love and infinite gratitude to President Ho Chi Minh; deeply remembering his wishes and teachings for Ninh Binh through 5 visits, in recent years, the Party Committee, Government and People of Ninh Binh have promoted the strength of solidarity, emulation in studying and following Ho Chi Minh's ideology, morality and style. The contents of studying and following Uncle Ho have been concretized into training criteria for cadres and party members; annual study topics, thereby creating an environment for training and implementing the registered contents of following Uncle Ho. Ho Chi Minh's ideology, morality and style have truly permeated deeply, becoming a solid spiritual foundation of social life, a cultural feature that is profound, sustainable and has a strong influence in Ninh Binh.
In the period of 2014-2024, the discovery, recognition and honor of advanced models following Uncle Ho's teachings have been carried out by all levels and sectors in the province, contributing to promoting patriotic emulation movements, creating a vibrant and widespread emulation atmosphere among all classes of people.
Comrade Bui Mai Hoa, Member of the Provincial Party Standing Committee, Head of the Provincial Party Committee's Propaganda Department, affirmed: The 65 advanced models attending today's honoring ceremony are the clearest evidence of the results of implementing the study and follow of Uncle Ho in the past 10 years from the province to the grassroots, in all sectors, fields, and people of Ninh Binh province. The 65 models are 65 different stories with specific actions in many fields that are spreading fragrance, lighting up, and beautifying life every day and every hour. They are examples of responsibility, saying what they do, not afraid of difficulties, working creatively, daring to think, daring to do, overcoming all dangers to preserve a peaceful life. They are examples of silent dedication to science. They are people full of suffering but sacrificing, protecting hundreds of poor lives. They are examples of compassion and tolerance, "loving others as you love yourself" with the motto "giving is forever", "living to give without taking for oneself". And for many of the honored examples, learning and following Uncle Ho has become a personal and cultural need.
The Head of the Provincial Party Committee's Propaganda Department emphasized: The ceremony to honor advanced models is a meaningful activity to report to beloved Uncle Ho. This is also a fundamental method to create widespread awareness, to use typical models for propaganda, education and to multiply many new models. In particular, it is important to make everyone understand that "learning and following Uncle Ho is not something too far away, but learning from Uncle Ho starts from the smallest, regular, simple daily actions in work and in life.
The Head of the Provincial Party Committee's Propaganda Department believes that the advanced models will continue to shine, becoming the core nucleus in the patriotic emulation movement. At the same time, he hopes that with sincerity and infinite gratitude for his immense merit, each person, each level, each sector will have the same belief and promise: "Loving Uncle Ho makes our hearts purer/We vow to reach out forever with him/As strong as the peaks of the Truong Son range".
After the opening speech, delegates watched the television report "Loving Uncle Ho makes our hearts purer", thereby introducing an overview of the results of studying and following Ho Chi Minh's ideology, morality and style of all levels, sectors, localities and people of all walks of life in the province, period 2014-2024.
Speaking at the ceremony, Secretary of the Provincial Party Committee Doan Minh Huan emphasized: During his lifetime, beloved President Ho Chi Minh was always a shining example; a genius and outstanding leader of our Party, nation and people. His ideology, morality and style are the crystallization of the nation's fine traditions and the cultural quintessence of humanity. Studying and following Ho Chi Minh's ideology, morality and style has become a widespread movement, a natural need in life and being human, studying and working, producing and fighting, cultivating the mind and training the intellect of every Vietnamese citizen, of every citizen of the Ancient Capital, of every cadre and party member in the role of leadership and responsibility in power.
On behalf of the Provincial Party Committee Standing Committee, the Provincial Party Secretary warmly commended and congratulated the 65 collectives and individuals honored and rewarded at the ceremony. The collectives and individuals who were honored and rewarded at the ceremony are those with outstanding achievements in studying and following Uncle Ho. They are the beautiful flowers of the "beautiful flower forest" that make the country develop prosperously, civilizedly, happily, contributing to building the culture and lifestyle of the people of the ancient capital, which is moving towards the vision of a millennium heritage and a creative city.
From the widespread meaning of the Honoring Ceremony, the Provincial Party Secretary noted that each person must remind themselves, strive to study Ho Chi Minh's ideology, morality and style with both duty and responsibility, practice public ethics in lifestyle, daily life, both at work and as a human being. At the same time, he emphasized: In the context of preparing for Party Congresses at all levels, towards the 14th National Congress of the Party and striving to 2035, Ninh Binh becomes a centrally-run city with the characteristics of a millennium heritage city, a creative city, requiring the liberation of all resources and endogenous strength, based on the foundation of ideological, cultural and human ethical values following the example of President Ho Chi Minh.
At the ceremony, 21 groups and 44 typical individuals who have advanced in studying and following Ho Chi Minh's ideology, morality and style (2014-2024 period) were honored and commended.
The ceremony to honor 65 advanced models (2014 - 2024 period) is an affirmation of the continuation and spread of good values in society, conveying meaningful messages to all classes of people in the province to strive to study and follow Ho Chi Minh's ideology, morality and style; creating a strong driving force for the entire Party, the entire people and the entire army to continue promoting the historical and revolutionary traditions of the homeland, promoting patriotic emulation movements, successfully completing the Resolution of the 22nd Provincial Party Congress, the Resolution of the 13th National Party Congress, building the homeland of Ninh Binh increasingly rich, beautiful and civilized.
