On March 5, at the headquarters of the Vietnam Association for Promoting Education, the Party Cell of the Vietnam Association for Promoting Education held a ceremony to announce the Decision of the Standing Committee of the Party Committee of the Fatherland Front and Central mass organizations on the establishment of the Party Cell of the Vietnam Association for Promoting Education. Attending the ceremony were Comrade Nguyen Thi Doan, former member of the Party Central Committee, former Vice President, President of the Vietnam Association for Promoting Education; Comrade Nguyen Minh Chung, member of the Standing Committee, Head of the Propaganda and Mass Mobilization Department of the Party Committee of the Fatherland Front and Central mass organizations and all Party members of the Party Cell of the Vietnam Association for Promoting Education.
On February 10, the Party Committee of the Fatherland Front and Central organizations issued Decision No. 42-QD/ĐUMTTQ,CĐTTW on the establishment of the Party Cell of the Vietnam Association for Promoting Education and Decision No. 43-QD/ĐUMTTQ,CĐTTW on the appointment of 3 comrades to participate in the Party Cell, Secretary, Deputy Secretary of the Party Cell of the Vietnam Association for Promoting Education for the 2020-2025 term: Comrade Le Manh Hung, Vice President and General Secretary of the Vietnam Association for Promoting Education, Secretary of the Party Cell; Trinh Chau Giang, Deputy Chief of the Central Office of the Vietnam Association for Promoting Education, Deputy Secretary of the Party Cell; Nguyen Dinh Manh, Deputy Head of the Central Movement Department of the Vietnam Association for Promoting Education.
Speaking at the Announcement Ceremony, Comrade Nguyen Minh Chung, Member of the Standing Committee, Head of the Propaganda and Mass Mobilization Department of the Central Party Committee of the Fatherland Front and Central Mass Organizations, emphasized that the establishment of the Vietnam Association for Promoting Education Branch under the Central Party Committee of the Fatherland Front and Central Mass Organizations is an important milestone, demonstrating the growth and maturity of the Association in implementing the Party's guidelines and policies, the State's policies and laws on promoting education, promoting talents, and building a learning society. This is not only a meaningful event in terms of organization but also creates a solid foundation for the Association's activities in the coming time, aiming to enhance the Party's leadership role in promoting education, contributing to the cause of developing education and training in the country.
“With the noble mission of promoting the lifelong learning movement and building a learning society, the Vietnam Association for Promoting Education has made great contributions to improving people's knowledge, training human resources, and nurturing talents for the country. With its fine traditions and achievements, the establishment of a Party cell under the Party Committee of the Fatherland Front and central mass organizations will help the Association continue to promote its role in a more effective, comprehensive and sustainable manner,” Comrade Nguyen Minh Chung stated, and he believes that the Party cell of the Vietnam Association for Promoting Education will quickly stabilize its organization, implement key tasks, perform well in Party building work, and promote the Party's leadership role in directing and orienting the Association's activities.
On this occasion, Comrade Nguyen Minh Chung also requested the Party Cell of the Vietnam Association for Promoting Education to urgently complete and promulgate relevant regulations and rules, and develop a work program for 2025 that is consistent with the practical conditions of the Party Cell when moving to a new stage with a new operating model. Prepare well the content, conditions and conduct the 1st Party Cell Congress, term 2025-2030; Focus on building a clean and strong Party Cell: Strengthen political and ideological education for Party members, fully grasp the Party's resolutions and directives, policies and laws of the State, especially policies on promoting learning, promoting talents and building a learning society. In particular, pay attention to grasping and orienting the ideology of cadres, Party members and members, especially in the period when our Party is currently restructuring the organization, apparatus and streamlining the payroll.
Along with that, it is necessary to continue to promote the leadership role and direct the activities of the Association: The Party Cell needs to closely follow the political tasks of the Vietnam Association for the Promotion of Education, lead the Association to effectively implement the programs and plans that have been set out, continue to expand and improve the effectiveness of the movement to promote learning and talent, promote learning promotion activities among all classes of people; Build a team of exemplary and responsible cadres and Party members: Each Party member in the Party Cell needs to uphold the spirit of responsibility, take the lead in professional work and Party work, and truly be an active nucleus in building the Association for the Promotion of Education to develop more and more.
“It is necessary to strengthen coordination and expand cooperation: Party cells need to proactively coordinate with organizations inside and outside the political system to mobilize resources, develop lifelong learning movements, and meet the requirements of fundamental and comprehensive innovation in education and training,” comrade Nguyen Minh Chung suggested.
At the ceremony, Comrade Nguyen Thi Doan, former Vice President, President of the Vietnam Association for Promoting Education, affirmed: The establishment of the Vietnam Association for Promoting Education Party Cell is a mark of maturity of the Party Cell in upgrading the Party's leadership over the Association.
