After listening to the report of the Provincial Women's Union leaders on the activities in the past time, the Chairman of the Provincial People's Committee presented flowers and sent congratulations to all members and women in the province. At the same time, he acknowledged and praised the efforts and positive contributions of the Women's Union at all levels and its officials and members in the past time.

The Women's Union at all levels has had many new, proactive and creative ways to support women in economic development, poverty reduction, environmental protection, new rural construction, and actively contributing to the overall development of the province. He hoped that the Provincial Women's Union would continue to promote the fine traditions of Vietnamese women, overcome difficulties, actively train, strive, improve knowledge, be confident, creative, good at public affairs, good at housework, and meet the requirements and tasks in the new period.

Focus on innovation and creativity in the Association's activities in a practical and effective manner. In particular, make good use of preferential loans to build models of sustainable economic development to reduce poverty, improve the quality of life for members; maintain and replicate good models and practices at the grassroots level to further develop the movement and activities of the Women's Association, affirming the role and position of the Association.
