To grasp the situation and have timely solutions, on the evening of September 26, comrades: Trinh Van Nha - Deputy Secretary of the District Party Committee, Chairman of the District People's Committee; Le Dinh Thanh - Vice Chairman of the District People's Committee; Dau Hong Tham - Commander of the District Military Command directly inspected some flooded areas.

In Thanh Lien commune, Lien Khai hamlet was flooded due to the blockage of the canal system on National Highway 46. Here, the Chairman of the District People's Committee requested the Commune People's Committee to mobilize machinery to clear the flow, and find solutions to support and evacuate flooded households to safety.
Next, the delegation went to Chuyen hamlet, Hanh Lam commune, where the spillway bridge was flooded. The Chairman of the District People's Committee assigned the Hanh Lam commune People's Committee to put up warning signs, assign people to be on duty 24/7 and not allow people to travel while the water is flooded and flowing rapidly.

In Thanh My and Thanh Huong communes, the Chairman of Thanh Chuong District People's Committee requested the Flood and Storm Prevention Steering Committees of the localities to be proactive, do a good job of the 4 on-site tasks and minimize the damage caused by floods.

Given the complicated weather conditions, according to weather forecasts, heavy rains will continue until September 27. Therefore, to proactively respond to floods, Chairman of the District People's Committee Trinh Van Nha has requested localities to grasp weather developments and promptly inform people. Deploy shock troops to inspect and review residential areas living near rivers, streams and low-lying areas to have timely evacuation solutions to ensure the safety of people's lives and property.
Organize forces to be ready to control, put up warning signs, and guide traffic, especially at flooded bridges and areas with fast-flowing water. Propaganda and mobilize people to absolutely not fish in rivers and streams when it is raining and the water is high, to avoid unfortunate incidents.
