On January 4, news from the People's Committee of Ninh Hai district (Ninh Thuan) said that it had clarified the responsibilities of collectives and individuals related to violations in the inspection of construction, land, tourism and accommodation licensing in Vinh Hy bay, Vinh Hai commune.
Accordingly, regarding the violations at Vinh Hy Bay, the People's Committee of Ninh Hai district said that the results of the review of collectives and individuals related to the inspection of construction, land, tourism and accommodation licensing at Vinh Hy Bay, Vinh Hai commune, resulted in the violations indicated in Conclusion No. 6405/KL-UBND dated November 8, 2023.
This agency has disciplined one case with a reprimand, two cases with a warning, and two cases with experience-based lessons learned, including officials and civil servants of the People's Committee of Vinh Hai commune; and the experience-based lessons learned and assessment of task completion, ranking C in the fourth quarter of 2023 for related individuals of the district's sectors.
After issuing Inspection Conclusion No. 6405/KLUBND dated November 8, 2023, the District People's Committee assigned the Economic and Infrastructure Department to inspect and establish records of violations of construction permits, establish acts of encroachment and land occupation, and conduct enforcement and force to remedy the consequences according to the law for illegal construction works.
On December 8, 2023, Vinh Hai Commune People's Committee made a record of administrative violations for the act of constructing works that are not in accordance with the license content, encroaching on land for Chau Gia Hotel and made a record of administrative violations for the act of illegal construction in the road safety corridor for Lo O homestay.
Currently, the file has been transferred to the Department of Economy and Infrastructure to advise the District People's Committee to consider and handle it in accordance with regulations.
For the establishments Lang Chai Seafood, Homestay Santo, and Chanh Ranh, at the time of inspection, the establishments were closed, inactive, and there was no construction.

Previously, on November 8, 2023, through random inspection and examination of 9 accommodation establishments in Vinh Hy Bay area, the result was that most of the homestays and motels operating were not qualified, did not have land use right certificates; did not have construction permits issued by the District People's Committee; did not have certificates of eligibility to operate motels issued by the Department of Culture, Sports and Tourism.
In addition, there are still many missing related documents such as: notification of business start date, environmental protection plan, food safety certificate. The responsibility belongs to the Department of Culture and Information of Ninh Hai district.
