Sanofi Vietnam's new headquarters has a winding design like the flow of the Saigon River.
One of Sanofi’s four strategic priorities is to continuously improve the work experience and build a culture that focuses on inspiring creativity in employees. The project to establish the company’s new headquarters in Vietnam is a testament to this strategy, aiming to build and nurture a team of dynamic, creative and happy talents.

Entering the new headquarters, the first impression is the open-designed community area, combined with fresh colors, filled with natural light, bringing a feeling of spaciousness and full of energy.
The office layout is intelligently designed, subtly combining working areas with discussion and relaxation corners to create an ideal working space, promoting collaboration and innovation.
In addition, the harmonious combination of modern design with local architecture and green accents in the office creates a cozy and comfortable working space for employees.

WELL standard workspace
Sanofi Vietnam aspires to become the first pharmaceutical company in Vietnam to have a modern office that achieves WELL certification, an international standard for designing workspaces for the happiness of users.
The working environment not only meets strict standards for air quality, water, light, sound and temperature, but also focuses on factors such as exercise and mental health.
Each of these elements is carefully researched and integrated into the design, aiming to create a holistic work environment where employees feel healthy, happy and productive.

Each work area is equipped with a lifting table and ergonomic chair, personal computers easily connected to the display system, ensuring maximum health and comfort for employees in all working positions.
The new headquarters is not only a modern workspace, but also a place to nurture the health and spirit of employees. Relaxation corners are delicately arranged throughout the office with traditional rattan furniture, creating a cozy and intimate space, helping employees recharge and connect with each other.

A working model that empowers teams and optimizes performance
The workspace is flexibly designed according to the "Activity Based Working" model. With three separate work areas - Focus, Dynamic and Neutral - each individual is free to choose the space that best suits the task of the day.
The Focus Zone is for work that requires intense concentration, the Active Zone encourages interaction and teamwork, while the Neutral Zone is a harmonious blend of the two. This freedom of choice not only optimizes productivity but also empowers employees, with each individual free to decide where they want to work during the day.
More specifically, the new office eliminates private space ownership to blur hierarchical and departmental boundaries, promote a spirit of equality and create interaction between company members.

The meeting spaces are designed to ensure a fair and convenient experience for everyone. The meeting rooms are fully equipped with modern technology such as automatic connection to online meeting systems and high-quality audio and screen systems. In particular, the company focuses on designing inclusive spaces, with spacious meeting rooms that are easy to move around by wheelchair and use tactile signals to support people with disabilities.
Sanofi's meeting room design prioritizes inclusion with wide aisles and tactile cues to accommodate people with disabilities.
With its new headquarters and continuous innovation strategies, Sanofi Vietnam wishes to consolidate its position as one of the leading pharmaceutical companies in Vietnam. Not only providing high-quality healthcare products and services, the company also helps employees unlock their potential and continue to bring creative ideas to pursue the wonders of science to improve human health.
Last June, Sanofi Vietnam inaugurated its new headquarters in Ho Chi Minh City, witnessed by representatives of the French Consulate in Ho Chi Minh City, the European Chamber of Commerce in Vietnam (EuroCham Vietnam), press agencies, partners and all company employees, marking an important step in promoting the building of the group's culture.
