ACHSI is the world's leading and most respected organization for accrediting quality standards in healthcare. Certification from ACHSI is recognized by the International Society for Healthcare Quality (ISQua).
With strict criteria for patient safety, service quality and continuous improvement, this international standard helps ensure patient safety and satisfaction.
Aiming for excellence in care
In the context of increasing demand for healthcare in Vietnam and higher quality requirements, the group always strives to meet the quality standards of the Ministry of Health and prestigious international organizations in the world.
Among the current international standards, ACHSI's set of standards is designed according to the latest EquIP-7 criteria, helping healthcare organizations develop comprehensive quality management systems, optimize services, and meet international standards in healthcare.
It is also a measure to recognize hospitals with high performance processes and a commitment to continuous improvement. The program is currently applied in more than 20 countries around the world.
“ACHSI standards focus on patient safety and human-centered systems. This is a prestigious certification program in the world and Hoan My hospitals have worked hard to achieve this certification.
In just over a year, Hoan My has had six hospitals achieve ACHSI quality standard certifications,” said Dr. Duong Huy Luong, deputy director of the Department of Medical Examination and Treatment Management (Ministry of Health), at the ceremony to award ACHSI international standards on healthcare quality to members of the group on January 15.

In recent years, hospitals in the Hoan My medical system have focused on upgrading infrastructure, applying advanced techniques and modern technology.
In addition to investing in a series of modern machinery and equipment to support diagnosis and treatment, the group has continuously improved processes, regulations, policies, professional practice and operations at the hospital, monitoring compliance of the medical team, etc., closely following ACHSI's EQuIP-7 standards.
Through rounds of evaluation and assessment from ACHSI experts, six hospitals under Hoan My have successfully met these criteria.

“The fact that six hospitals have been assessed and recognized by ACHSI proves that Hoan My medical facilities have built a strict quality management system, meeting the most stringent requirements for expertise and patient safety.
In 2025, the system will continue to deploy the ACHSI standards at all remaining hospitals and clinics in the system, aiming to standardize service quality and patient safety according to international standards," said Ms. Huynh Bich Lien, General Director of Hoan My Medical Group.
In addition, for facilities that have achieved accreditation, the system also continues to maintain and improve the quality of medical care services to move towards higher levels of quality.
“Achieving and achieving international accreditation is not easy. It requires a thorough and systematic approach to meet international standards. This recognition is a testament to the hospitals’ strong leadership, dedicated staff and Hoan My’s dedication to patient care,” said Louise Cuskelly, CEO of ACHSI, at the event.
