(kontumtv.vn) – Before, during and after the Lunar New Year 2025, no violations of the Forestry Law were detected in the province.

Carrying out the peak patrol and sweep campaign to protect forests before, during and after the New Year and Lunar New Year holidays 2025, localities, functional departments and forest owners in the province organized patrols and sweeps in border areas and key areas at risk of violating the Forestry Law in nearly 340 rounds with more than 2,300 participants. As a result of patrols and sweeps from January 20 to February 12, no violations were detected in the province.

In the coming time, localities, functional departments, branches and forest owners in the province will continue to seriously implement tasks and solutions on forest management and protection directed by the Central Government, the Provincial Party Committee and the Provincial People's Committee; at the same time, review and identify key areas with high risks of encroachment on forest resources, arrange strong enough forces to patrol, inspect, sweep and block to promptly detect and strictly handle violations of the Forestry Law according to the provisions of law./.
