High school teacher prosecuted for sexually abusing female student in Binh Duong

On October 17, Di An City Police, Binh Duong Province announced that they had initiated a case and prosecuted a middle school teacher for sexually abusing a female student.

Mr. Van Dinh Luong, 31 years old, teacher at Vo Truong Toan Secondary School, was prosecuted to investigate the act of "indecent acts against people under 16 years old".

Previously, from people's accusations on social networks, Mr. Luong was detained by the police.

On social media, the NN account posted information and photos accusing a teacher at a middle school of "abusing power" and sexually assaulting a minor female student. The accused is teacher Luong.

According to initial investigation results, Mr. Luong repeatedly touched the body parts of a female student.

A representative of the local education management agency, the People's Committee of Di An ward, said they had received information about the accusation against the teacher and were coordinating with the police to clarify the matter.

The investigation agency and family took D. for examination.
