NDO - On December 4, the market traded in a tug-of-war with red dominating, with pillar stocks such as securities, banking, steel, and real estate all falling. At the end of the session, selling pressure increased in bluechip stocks, causing the general index to plummet. At the end of the session, VN-Index fell 9.42 points to 1,240.41 points.
On the HoSE, the matched order value this session increased slightly compared to the previous session, reaching over VND11,953.47 billion. Foreign investors net sold VND651 billion on the HoSE.
Today's session, the VN30 stock group closed with 5 stocks increasing and 25 stocks decreasing.
Of which, SAB increased by 2.14% to VND57,400/share. The codes: ACB, PLX, VCB, VIB increased slightly.
On the other hand, MWG decreased by 2.84% to VND58,100/share, POW decreased by 2.77% to VND12,300/share, VRE decreased by 2.26%, VHM decreased by 1.96%, BID decreased by 1.95%, BCM decreased by 1.81%, GVR decreased by 1.78%, CTG decreased by 1.67%, TPB decreased by 1.25%, HPG decreased by 1.11%, VPB decreased by 1.04%, FPT and SSI both decreased by 1.03%.
The remaining codes: BVH, GAS, HDB, MBB, MSN, SHB, SSB, STB, TCB, VIC, VJC, VNM decreased slightly.
In terms of industry groups, only VCA increased to the ceiling price of VND11,850/share in the steel group, DTL stopped at the reference price, the rest decreased. Specifically, NKG decreased by 2.6%, HSG decreased by 2.14%, SMC decreased by 1.18%, HPG decreased by 1.11%, HMC and TLH decreased slightly.
Securities stocks were in red throughout the session. Besides SSI mentioned above, VND decreased by 3.64% to 13,250 VND/share, CTS decreased by 2.3%, VDS decreased by 2.25%, BSI decreased by 2.16%, FTS decreased by 2.03%, VIX decreased by 1.72%, HCM decreased by 1.63%, TVB decreased by 1.61%, VCI decreased by 1.52%, AGR decreased by 1.47%. Codes: APG, DSE, ORS, TVS decreased slightly, TCI stopped at reference.
Banking stocks closed the session with most of the codes decreasing. Besides the codes: ACB, BID, CTG, HDB, MBB, SHB, SSB, STB, TCB, TPB, VCB, VPB, VIB in the VN30 group mentioned above, the remaining codes: EIB decreased slightly, LPB decreased by 1.47%, MSB decreased by 1.32%, OCB decreased by 1.39%, NAB stopped at reference.
There were no stocks in the insurance group that increased. Besides BVH mentioned above, BIC decreased by 1.58%, BMI decreased by 1.63%, MIG decreased by 3.11%, and PGI stopped at reference.
Real estate stocks also plummeted. In addition to the pillar codes such as VHM, VIC, VRE mentioned above, DXG decreased by 2.61%, FIR decreased by 2.09%, KHG decreased by 2.61%, LHG decreased by 2.04%, NVT decreased by 3.64%, NTL decreased by 1.1%, NVL decreased by 1.87%, PDR decreased by 1.45%... On the contrary, two codes FDC, HTN unexpectedly increased to the ceiling.
Other industry groups such as telecommunications, information technology, raw materials, transportation, consumer goods, food and beverage, and production materials are also in red.

* At the Hanoi Stock Exchange, the HNX-Index closed at 224.62 points, down 0.67 points (-0.3%). Liquidity reached a total of more than 47.96 million shares transferred, with a corresponding trading value of more than VND859.15 billion. The entire floor had 70 stocks increasing, 54 stocks remaining unchanged and 92 stocks decreasing.
The HNX30 index closed down 4.33 points (-0.90%) to 477.80 points. Trading volume reached about 27.48 million units, with a corresponding value of more than VND632.72 billion. The HNX30 group of stocks ended the trading day with 6 stocks increasing, 4 stocks remaining unchanged and 20 stocks decreasing.
On the UPCoM market, the UPCoM Index stopped at the reference of 92.44 points. Liquidity of the whole market, total trading volume reached more than 23.09 million shares, corresponding trading value reached more than 330.11 billion VND. The UPCoM group of stocks ended the trading day with 114 stocks increasing, 99 stocks remaining unchanged and 140 stocks decreasing.

Liquidity reached over 573.35 million units, equivalent to a trading value of VND13,820.15 billion. The entire floor had 109 stocks increasing, 65 stocks remaining unchanged and 281 stocks decreasing.
The VN30 Index decreased by 11.37 points (-0.87%) to 1,297.81 points. Liquidity reached more than 170.93 million units, equivalent to a trading value of VND6,102.30 billion. The VN30 group of stocks ended the trading day with 5 stocks increasing, 0 stocks remaining unchanged and 25 stocks decreasing.
