(CLO) On February 6, in Tho Xuan district, the Thanh Hoa Provincial Journalists Association coordinated with the Provincial Party Committee's Propaganda Department, the Department of Information and Communications, and the People's Committee of Tho Xuan district to organize the opening ceremony of the At Ty 2025 Spring Press Festival with the theme "Thanh Hoa Press towards 100 years of Vietnam Revolutionary Press Day".
Along with some other localities in the province, the 2025 Spring Press Festival of the Thanh Hoa Provincial Journalists Association is held in Tho Xuan district (from February 6 to 8, 2025) and is expected to bring the public a new, authentic, and vivid perspective on the press life in the province and in the country.
The 2025 At Ty Spring Newspaper Festival displays over 300 Spring newspaper publications of Central press agencies, local Party newspapers across the country and Spring newspaper publications published in the province.

In the space of the Spring Newspaper Festival, there are also typical publications of Thanh Hoa Publishing House; beautiful photos selected in the second "Beauty of Thanh Hoa Journalists" Photo Contest, 2024; beautiful photos selected by members of the Thanh Hoa Literature and Arts Association with the theme "Aspirations of Thanh Hoa".
Sharing with reporters of the Journalists and Public Opinion newspaper, journalist Nguyen Thi Thuong, Permanent Vice President of the Provincial Journalists Association, said: "In order for the Spring Press Festival to be implemented and achieve good results, the Provincial Journalists Association had working sessions with the districts and towns where it was held to unify the implementation plan, the selection of locations was also carefully calculated, how to create a unique cultural space in spring. The Provincial Journalists Association and the localities all agreed that this is an activity not only for journalists but also for the public, from the elderly to students, everyone can participate to create a spreading influence for the Press Festival".
The Standing Vice President of the Provincial Journalists Association emphasized: The difference is that this year the Press Festival is not only held in the city but also in districts and towns with the chosen theme being "Thanh Hoa Press towards 100 years of Vietnam Revolutionary Press Day". The chosen locations are cultural centers, libraries and this year the Ho Chi Minh Memorial Cultural Area, a very solemn and sacred place. The display areas of central and provincial newspapers have different and beautiful features to create a panoramic picture of the development of journalism.

“After the exhibition ends, the Organizing Committee of the Press Festival will present newspapers and books to localities and organize the presentation to students in many schools in the area. This is to spread the value of books, newspapers and reading culture in the community,” added journalist Nguyen Thi Thuong.
On this occasion, representatives of Thanh Hoa Provincial Journalists Association and Thanh Hoa Publishing House presented books and Spring newspaper publications to Tho Xuan district.
