Opening of a management knowledge training course for leaders of People's Councils and People's Committees at the commune level who are ethnic minorities

The class took place from September 30 to October 4, 2024, with 49 students who are chairmen and vice chairmen of People's Councils and People's Committees of ethnic minorities from 6 mountainous districts of Quang Nam province.

Trainees will receive knowledge from lecturers of the Provincial Political School and provincial reporters, and will exchange and discuss 10 topics. These topics include theoretical foundations, leadership skills, management, practical operations, program implementation, socio-economic development regulations, as well as the religious and ethnic situation of Quang Nam province, with special attention to the practical situation in mountainous districts. At the end of the course, trainees will write a report.

Speaking at the opening ceremony, Mr. Doan Xuan Phu - Vice Principal of the Provincial Political School emphasized the importance of training and updating knowledge for cadres to improve their qualifications and political capacity. The content of the class is very practical and useful, helping students to cultivate methodology, leadership and management skills, build leadership thinking and vision.
