On September 8, Hoa Lu District Party Committee held a conference to review the emulation movement "Skillful mass mobilization" for the period 2021-2023.
Attending the conference were representatives of the Provincial Party Committee's Mass Mobilization Committee, the Provincial Women's Union, and the Provincial Party Committee Office.
In the period of 2021-2023, the emulation movement "Skilled Mass Mobilization" of Hoa Lu district has always received serious and extensive leadership and direction from Party committees at all levels, authorities, departments, branches, the Vietnam Fatherland Front, and socio-political organizations from the district to the grassroots level, and has received the support and active participation of all classes of people.
Thereby, it has created a clear change in the awareness of cadres, party members, civil servants, public employees, armed forces and people about the position and role of mass mobilization work in the new situation.
In the period of 2021-2023, the whole district has 337 "Skilled Mass Mobilization" models implemented, of which 87 models are registered with the Steering Committee of the "Skilled Mass Mobilization" emulation movement at the district level and 203 models are registered with the Steering Committee of the "Skilled Mass Mobilization" emulation movement at the commune level (137 models, 66 typical).
From the emulation movement, many typical models and examples of "Skilled Mass Mobilization" have emerged in various fields, thereby strengthening solidarity, creating consensus in society, mobilizing many forces and resources to develop the economy - society, ensure national security and defense, build the Party and government, develop the economy, reduce poverty, and contribute to the successful implementation of local political tasks.
Promoting the achieved results, in the coming time, Hoa Lu district will continue to promote the emulation movement "Skillful mass mobilization" associated with implementing the Central and provincial directives on mass mobilization work.
In which, we pay attention to leading, directing, inspecting and urging the implementation of registered "Skilled Mass Mobilization" models and continuing to direct the construction of new "Skilled Mass Mobilization" models in all fields on the basis of promoting potentials, advantages and linking with the implementation of local political tasks.
Hoa Lu District Party Committee also directed the People's Mobilization Committee, the Fatherland Front, socio-political organizations, departments and branches of the district and comrades in the Steering Committee of the emulation movement "Skilled People's Mobilization" of the district to regularly follow the grassroots, proactively advise and propose to the Party Committee, and at the same time select and implement the model of "Skilled People's Mobilization" specifically, practically and effectively; promote propaganda, introduction, and set examples of good people and good deeds; promptly commend and reward typical examples...
At the conference, 10 collectives and 5 individuals were commended by Hoa Lu district for their outstanding achievements in implementing the emulation movement "Skillful mass mobilization" for the period 2021-2023.
