According to Dan Tri reporters, at around 4:00 p.m. on December 22, at My Dinh Stadium (Hanoi), where the K-pop Open Air #2 music program was scheduled to take place, many people began dismantling the stage as well as all machinery and equipment.

"We heard about the cancellation of the K-pop Open Air #2 Concert yesterday, December 21. However, we were only ordered to dismantle it early this afternoon. Here, many people are dismantling each part such as: the stage lights, speakers of all kinds, as well as many items that were erected before," said Mr. Thu.

The work of clearing the stage and equipment was carried out urgently by about 20 people.

Previously, a series of Vietnamese and Korean artists announced that they would not perform at the K-Pop Open Air #2 music event, causing confusion among the audience.
It is known that the program has 8 different ticket classes with the highest ticket price up to 15 million VND. Many audiences have finished exchanging bracelets, preparing for the G hour to go see the music night.
There are doubts whether the Organizing Committee of the K-pop Open Air #2 music festival in My Dinh has signs of fraud. However, an official from the Hanoi Department of Culture and Sports confirmed that this is not the case and told the audience to rest assured because the Organizing Committee will refund those who have purchased tickets.
In the latest announcement, the Organizing Committee of the KPop Open Air #2 music festival apologized to the audience and accepted responsibility. "We take full responsibility for this unexpected incident and will refund all tickets purchased by the audience in accordance with the law. We will have an official announcement on how to refund tickets in the next announcement," the announcement clearly stated.
