Check power outage schedule on Vietnam Electricity Group (EVN) website
With just a smart device with internet connection (phone, tablet, personal computer...), users can access the websites of EVN's affiliated businesses to look up power outage schedules in their area.
The power outage schedule for each area is listed specifically on the website of EVN's member companies.
Currently, electricity supply is divided into regions and managed by different enterprises under EVN, specifically as follows:
- In Hanoi : Hanoi Electricity Corporation (website search). People can access and view power outage schedules in districts and towns in the city without having to log in to an account.
- In the Northern region (except Hanoi): Northern Power Corporation (search website).
- In Ho Chi Minh City : Ho Chi Minh City Power Corporation (search website), people register and log in to their customer account to view information.
- In the Southern region (except Ho Chi Minh City): Southern Power Corporation (search website).
- In the Central region : Central Power Corporation (search website).

In addition to the website, smartphone users can access the Google Play Store (Android) or Apple App Store (iOS) to find and download applications provided by power companies and install them on their devices. After downloading, users need to register (or log in if they already have one) an account, link a customer code to track power outage schedules according to their area of residence.
The application name of each unit is set the same on both platforms. Users can search specifically by living area including EVNHANOI (Hanoi), EVNCPC CSKH (North, excluding Hanoi), EVNHCMC CSKH (HCMC), EVNSPC CSKH (South, excluding HCMC), EVNCPC CSKH (Central).
In addition to the application released by EVN on mobile platforms, users can access the Zalo application and find the official account of the electricity service provider in their place of residence to track power outage schedules as well as other information related to the contract.
