(VLO) On February 26, Vinh Long Power Company (EVN SPC) held the 2025 Labor Conference with the participation of 225 delegates, representing more than 741 employees. This is an opportunity for the company to summarize the results of its activities in the past year and set out directions for the coming time.

Over the past year, the power grid in the area has always been operated stably and safely. Commercial electricity output increased by 4.63% compared to the assigned plan, up 8.18% compared to the same period in 2023. Customer service targets have all met and exceeded the assigned plan, and quality has been increasingly improved.
Production and service business activities were completed 6.55% above the assigned plan, profit increased 2.13% over the same period. The company signed and managed 350,749 contracts with customers to buy and sell electricity, an increase of 2.12% over the same period.
In 2024, the company has implemented policies related to employees, implemented the EVN SPC collective labor agreement issued in 2024 with 62 contents, increased 8 contents of the labor agreement in 2022, ensuring enough jobs for employees, salary increases, promotions, and timely salary payments according to regulations.

The conference also approved the report of the People's Inspectorate, publicized the level of deduction, the use of welfare funds, and reward funds; discussed, dialogued, and answered the opinions of employees and the company's employees. At the same time, it elected delegates to attend the 2025 Conference of Employees of the Southern Power Corporation; and passed the resolution of the 2025 Conference of Employees.
