Opening of Phong Dien Customer Service Center

This is HueWACO's third qualified transaction office with the goal of approaching and providing the best experience for customers in Phong Dien town area, associated with the orientation of building a system of 9 qualified transaction offices in 9 water supply service areas.

The inauguration of Phong Dien Customer Service Center is considered a step forward for HueWACO to expand its customer care scope and improve its service quality; it is also a place to receive and provide feedback from people, especially in Phong Dien area, thereby creating an effective and transparent communication channel between HueWACO and customers.

Mr. Truong Cong Han, Deputy General Director of HueWACO, said that as a unit assigned by the City People's Committee to provide clean water in the area, regardless of urban and rural areas, HueWACO has been and is constantly striving to provide safe water with increasingly better service quality for customers.

Currently, HueWaCo has provided safe clean water to 308,665 connections, serving more than 1.13 million people, accounting for 97.13% of the province's population, including 98.89% of urban residents and 95.17% of rural residents. With the determination to bring clean water to all regions, from plains to mountains, from rural areas to the most difficult areas, HueWACO has contributed to improving the quality of life and developing the local socio -economy.
