Dialogue conference between leaders of the Provincial People's Committee and youth in 2025

On the morning of March 12, 2025, the Provincial People's Committee organized a dialogue conference between the leaders of the Provincial People's Committee and young people in 2025 with the theme "Opportunities and challenges for young people in the socio-economic development process of Ninh Thuan province in the period 2021 - 2030, with a vision to 2050".

The conference was held in a combination of in-person and online formats to connecting points in districts and cities.

Attending at the provincial bridge were comrade Nguyen Long Bien, member of the Provincial Party Committee, Vice Chairman of the Provincial People's Committee; leaders of the Provincial Vietnam Fatherland Front Committee, departments, branches, and provincial organizations.

At the district and city level bridge: Representatives of the leaders of the People's Committee, the Vietnam Fatherland Front Committee of the district and city; representatives of the leaders of the People's Mobilization Committee of the district and city; Representatives of the leaders of the departments and offices under the People's Committee of the district and city; leaders of the People's Committee of the commune, ward and town; At the dialogue conference at the provincial and district and city level bridge, there were also more than 300 union members and young people participating.

The Youth Dialogue Program 2025 takes place in March, Youth Month is not only an occasion to celebrate the founding day of the Ho Chi Minh Communist Youth Union but also a time for all levels, sectors and the whole society to show special affection to the young generation.

At the Conference, with an open, frank and receptive spirit, the leaders of the Provincial People's Committee and leaders of departments and branches listened to, acknowledged, shared the thoughts and aspirations and answered questions of union members and youths focusing on the following areas: vocational training associated with job creation for youth, especially youth in rural areas and low-income youth; opportunities, mechanisms and policies to support youth start-ups in the fields of renewable energy, high-quality tourism and high-tech agriculture; solutions to develop quality young human resources and attract and create a source of cadres from excellent graduates and students working abroad to return to their localities. In addition, union members and youths expressed their thoughts, aspirations, recommendations and proposals on many issues of socio-economic development: there should be solutions to promote the development of high-tech agriculture in rural areas and help youth apply digital transformation in agriculture in accordance with the planning; Plans to accelerate the urbanization process to bring Phan Rang-Thap Cham City from a type II urban area to a type I urban area; policies to effectively exploit renewable energy from the sun and wind in planning; solutions to protect the living environment, ecosystems, and respond to climate change...

Leaders of functional departments and branches answer questions from young people

In his concluding remarks at the conference, the Vice Chairman of the Provincial People's Committee highly appreciated the role of young people in socio-economic development; affirmed that the province always pays attention to encouraging, creating all conditions, and accompanying young people on the path of starting a business and establishing a career. He requested departments, branches, and localities to seriously absorb the legitimate opinions and recommendations of young people, thereby researching and proposing solutions, policies, projects, and plans to continue to promote support for young people; especially in training high-quality young human resources to meet the development requirements of the new situation. In addition, there are policies to promote the role of young people in implementing local and provincial socio-economic projects, plans, and projects for the period 2021 - 2030 with a vision to 2050, associated with the implementation of a youth development strategy with focus, key points, effectiveness, and practicality. Pay attention to, care for, and strengthen the union and association organizations to be truly strong; gather and mobilize union members and young people in patriotic emulation movements.
