At the conference, the leader of the Provincial Party Committee's Organizing Committee informed the topic: "The situation of reorganizing the apparatus in the spirit of Resolution No. 18-NQ/TW (referred to as Resolution No. 18) dated October 25, 2017 of the 12th Party Central Committee on a number of issues on continuing to innovate and reorganize the apparatus of the streamlined political system, operating effectively and efficiently in the province".

Accordingly, up to now, Dak Lak has basically completed the tasks in the work of reorganizing the apparatus of the provincial political system according to the set plan. Through the reorganization, 1 specialized agency assisting the Provincial Party Committee has been reduced to 5 agencies (equal to 16.7%); 6 specialized agencies under the Provincial People's Committee have been reduced to 13 agencies (equal to 31.6%). Regarding the internal organization, 41 units have been reduced to 135 units (equal to 23.3%), of which 2 units belonging to the advisory agencies assisting the Provincial Party Committee, 29 units belonging to the departments and branches under the Provincial People's Committee and 10 units belonging to public service units directly under the Provincial People's Committee have been reduced.
Representatives of the Department of Culture, Sports and Tourism informed about the topic "Highlights of the Coffee Festival and the organization of the 9th Buon Ma Thuot Coffee Festival in 2025". The 9th Buon Ma Thuot Coffee Festival in 2025 with the theme "Buon Ma Thuot - Destination of world coffee" will take place from March 9 to March 13, 2025 in Buon Ma Thuot City and some localities in the province. This Coffee Festival has many new highlights such as: Specialized exhibition fair of coffee and OCOP products; Specialty coffee roasting competition; International trade conference - Connecting and elevating Vietnamese coffee; Groundbreaking ceremony of Trung Nguyen Legend Energy Coffee Factory; "Accompanying and sharing" coffee camp at the historical - cultural relic site of CADA Plantation (Krong Pac district)...
At the conference, the representative of the Provincial Party Committee's Propaganda Department also informed about the topic: "Propaganda work for Party Congresses at all levels towards the 18th Provincial Party Congress and the 14th National Party Congress". Accordingly, the Provincial Party Committee's Standing Committee requested that all levels, sectors and localities need to focus on extensive propaganda, creating unity in awareness, political ideology and action within the Party, consensus in society to successfully organize the Party Congress and soon put the Resolution of the Party Congresses at all levels for the 2025 - 2030 term into life. Propaganda work must ensure the correct direction and political orientation of the Provincial Party Committee's Standing Committee and Party Committees at all levels; ensure consistency, synchronization, persistence, with highlights, focus, key points...
Orienting propaganda work in the coming time, Comrade Huynh Chien Thang, member of the Provincial Party Committee, Deputy Head of the Standing Committee of the Provincial Party Committee's Propaganda Department, requested that the Provincial Party Committee's reporters continue to carry out the tasks of oral propaganda work, reporter and propagandist activities in 2025, without interrupting the work after rearranging the organization and apparatus of the Propaganda and Mass Mobilization Department at all levels. Continue to propagate the situation and results of the summary of Resolution No. 18 in the province. Step up propaganda on the preparation and implementation of Party Congresses at all levels.
