According to the assessment in the first quarter, the Executive Committee and the Standing Committee of the Provincial Party Committee focused on leading and directing the effective implementation of the assigned tasks. Investment promotion and attraction have been promoted; state management of land, minerals and environmental protection has been strengthened; digital transformation and administrative reform have achieved positive results. The cultural and social fields continue to receive attention; social security policies have been fully and promptly implemented; care for policy beneficiaries and poor households has been better implemented. The work of building the Party and the political system continues to be promoted. Timely organizing, disseminating, concretizing and implementing the resolutions, directives, programs and plans of the Central and the province in conjunction with the preliminary and final review of the implementation situation. Good direction of the preparation work for the Party Congresses at all levels for the term 2025-2030. Mass mobilization work and activities of the Front and mass organizations continued to change positively. National defense and security were ensured, and social order and safety were maintained.
Pointing out the difficulties, limitations, causes and forecasting the situation in the second quarter, the Standing Committee of the Provincial Party Committee discussed and agreed to propose key groups of tasks and solutions. In particular, focusing on promoting the dissemination of the Party's resolutions and directives; disseminating the conference announcing the province's planning associated with investment promotion; accelerating key and secondary projects serving socio-economic development; reviewing and implementing solutions to remove difficulties, increasing budget revenue, creating strong changes in all areas; improving people's social security and income. Ensuring national defense and security, social order and safety; preventing corruption and negativity; building a clean and strong Party and political system; promoting the development of new Party members; consolidating the great national unity bloc; effectively direct the Congress of the Fatherland Front and socio-political organizations, and continue to direct and prepare well the conditions for organizing Party Congresses at all levels for the 2025-2030 term.
At the conference, the Provincial Party Standing Committee also discussed and evaluated the implementation of Resolution No. 115/ND-CP of the Government on specific mechanisms and policies to support Ninh Thuan province in socio-economic development, stabilizing production and people's lives in the period of 2018-2023.

In his concluding remarks at the conference, the Secretary of the Provincial Party Committee emphasized that the comments and assessments on the province's achievements in implementing the targets and tasks of the first quarter were basically objective and in line with the local situation. Focus on directing well the preparation work for the Party Congresses at all levels for the 2025-2030 term; complete the detailed outline of the political report of the 15th Provincial Party Congress for the 2025-2030 term. Focus on building and consolidating the great national unity bloc; promote the role of the Front and socio-political organizations in supervision and criticism; promote patriotic emulation movements among cadres, party members and people, forming a united bloc, with high determination, taking action to successfully carry out the set political tasks. Effectively direct the Congresses of the Vietnam Fatherland Front at all levels, towards the 11th Provincial Congress of the Vietnam Fatherland Front, term 2024-2029; Congresses of the Vietnam Youth Union at all levels and the Congresses of the Vietnam Youth Union at the provincial level, term 2024-2029. He also requested the Party Executive Committees, Party delegations, advisory and support agencies of the Provincial Party Committee, district and city Party Committees and heads of departments, branches, sectors and organizations to concretize and implement to achieve results, creating clearer, more practical and stronger changes in all fields, contributing to effectively implementing the goals and tasks of the second quarter and the whole year of 2024.
