Dan Tri Newspaper organized the launching ceremony of the Vietnam ESG Forum today (May 22). The Vietnam ESG Forum takes place annually with many activities to promote and develop ESG standards, towards sustainable development. This is a place to share knowledge and experience on ESG and connect, create a network of the business community to join hands to build a healthy, sustainable and socially responsible business environment. Within the framework of the Forum, Dan Tri Newspaper launched the Vietnam ESG Forum High-Level Council. This is a council of prestigious and influential individuals in the field of Environment, Society and Governance (ESG), established by Dan Tri Newspaper with the aim of orienting, supporting and promoting the activities of the Vietnam ESG Forum. The first members of the Vietnam ESG Forum High-Level Council include: 1. Associate Professor, Dr. Ho Sy Hung - Vice Chairman of the State Capital Management Committee at Enterprises 2. Associate Professor, Dr. Nguyen Dinh Tho - Director of the Institute of Strategy and Policy on Natural Resources and Environment (Ministry of Natural Resources and Environment) 3. Professor Nguyen Duc Khuong - Executive Director of EMLV Business School, France; Chairman of the Association of Vietnamese Scientists and Experts (AVSE Global) 4. Mr. Giando Zappia - Chairman of the EuroCham Sustainable Finance Sector Committee, Chairman of Aquila.is 5. Associate Professor, Dr. Nguyen Duc Trung - Principal of Ho Chi Minh City Banking University 6. Dr. Bui Thanh Minh - Deputy Director of the Office of Private Economic Development Research (Department IV) 7. Mr. Nguyen Duc Minh - Vice Chairman of the Hanoi Association of Key Industrial Products Manufacturers (HAMI)

In the spirit of commitment to operate effectively, transparently and responsibly, contributing to promoting sustainable development in Vietnam, the Vietnam ESG Forum High-Level Council is responsible for guiding the development strategy for the Forum. In addition, the Council supports connection and cooperation between stakeholders in the ESG field; participates in activities promoting sustainable development in Vietnam; raises awareness of the importance of ESG in the business and investor community and contributes to building an ESG ecosystem in Vietnam. The Council is responsible for guiding the strategy for the Forum, including determining the goals, vision and mission of the Forum, developing a long-term development strategy and orienting the Forum's core activities. The Vietnam ESG Forum High-Level Council also connects stakeholders in the ESG field, including businesses, organizations, experts and investors; creates an effective cooperation environment between stakeholders and supports connecting businesses with investors interested in ESG. The Council is also responsible for promoting awareness of the importance of ESG in business and investment; sharing practical experiences and innovative solutions for sustainable development; participating in activities promoting sustainable development in Vietnam. Council members are prestigious and influential individuals in the ESG field, invited by the Organizing Committee of the Vietnam ESG Forum to participate and commit to contributing to the development of the Forum.
Also within the framework of the launching ceremony of the Vietnam ESG Forum on May 22, Dan Tri Newspaper launched the ESG - Sustainable Development page, organized a Dialogue and Solution discussion on the topic "Net Zero - Commitment and action for a sustainable future".
