Speaking at the ceremony, Mr. Y Nang Eban, Vice President of the Dak Lak Provincial Journalists Association affirmed that the Spring Press Festival is a political and cultural event, an opportunity for press agencies to exchange, meet and introduce press publications imbued with the breath of Spring to readers; at the same time, creating a competitive atmosphere, improving political capacity, professional qualifications and professional ethics for journalists, thereby improving the quality of revolutionary journalism.

This is also an opportunity for press agencies to look back on the achievements of the past year to praise the development of Vietnamese press in general and Dak Lak press in particular. On the other hand, it meets the public's need to enjoy the beauty of Spring Newspaper publications published nationwide.
Each article and page of the Spring issue is the quintessence of each press agency, the result of the creative work of journalists, making the Spring picture of the press nationwide and Dak Lak more beautiful.
The Giap Thin Spring Newspaper Festival 2024 has more than 60 newspapers, with nearly 200 publications of all kinds and more than 600 books on display. The Spring newspaper publications are quite diverse in form, showing creativity and sophistication right from the cover page, rich in content with the consistent theme of celebrating the Party, celebrating Spring, remembering Uncle Ho, the achievements of sectors, fields, localities and all classes of people in a year of patriotic emulation.

The displayed press products are a vivid reflection of the political, economic, and social life, the spirit and mettle of the Vietnamese people, and the achievements of labor and production towards the bright future of the country.
This year's Spring Newspaper Festival will be held at Dak Lak Library from February 5 to February 14, 2026 (ie December 26, Quy Mao year to January 5, Giap Thin year).
At the end of the Spring Newspaper Festival, the displayed publications will be presented by the Provincial Journalists Association in coordination with the Dak Lak Library to the Community Cultural Houses of some remote villages of the province.
