The rehearsal for the final year graduates is the highest form of training, part of the training program, comprehensive, comprehensive, close to the actual combat in the military , political, logistical, and technical fields; helping cadres, lecturers, and students in their positions and tasks to apply the comprehensive knowledge they have been equipped with to solve practical problems, at the same time, forming, perfecting, and improving the organizational and commanding capacity, training the bravery and working style of the final year graduates.
Compared to 2022, there are some changes in the Military Technical Academy's exercise, namely: Exercise H23A adds the 37th course of military engineering students, and also adds the Armored Brigade Framework . Another change in this year's exercise is that the 54th course of military engineering students and the 37th course of military engineering students are interned in two positions: technical squad commander and technical agency assistant to develop plans and practice organizing technical support for the unit in the stages from transitioning to combat readiness to ending combat...
The exercise is divided into two phases. Phase 1: Change the combat readiness status from regular to high, to full. Phase 2: Marching, stationing for combat and implementing tactical forms.
At the rehearsal, Major General Le Anh Tuan, Deputy Director of the Military Technical Academy, emphasized: Comprehensive tactical rehearsal is a form of training close to actual combat. From the beginning to the end of the rehearsal, the trainees are always in a state and situation of combat, continuously day and night. During the rehearsal, combat missions take place continuously, intertwined, and successively; when completing a combat mission or a tactical form, the trainees continue to enter a new situation, performing a new combat mission or a new tactical form.
All actions of the trainees from marching, stationing for combat, preparing and practicing combat to living, eating, drinking, sleeping are all in simulated situations, close to actual combat. Situations in the drills are structured to contain many contradictions, difficulties, and complexities, requiring trainees to apply comprehensive knowledge to assess the situation and come up with the most optimal solution.
According to Major General Le Anh Tuan, the Academy always focuses on changing the content of the exercises so that graduates are not confused in their positions. At the same time, the Academy also always hopes that each generation upon graduation can quickly adapt and perform well in their positions.
As the platoon leader of the weapon repair team at the drill, student Duong Quoc Duc, Weapons Class 1, Company 254, Battalion 2, Military Technical Academy excitedly said: "During the drill, the Steering Committee presented many situations that closely followed the real situation, thanks to which I had the opportunity to consolidate the knowledge I had learned; at the same time, I had the opportunity to practice, draw useful experiences and have a solid mindset when receiving work assignments after graduation."
