Support people of merged communes in Huong Khe to register land changes

Within 1 day, the Land Registration Office, Huong Khe - Vu Quang branch, carried out procedures related to registering changes in land use right certificates for 1,026 households in Dien My commune (Huong Khe, Ha Tinh).

People of Dien My commune are excited after receiving support for land change registration.

In 2019, Dien My commune was merged from Phuong My commune and Phuong Dien commune, so the address of the land user on the land use right certificate of the people has changed and fluctuated.

In order to register changes in address, plot, and map sheet number, the Land Registration Office of Huong Khe - Vu Quang branch directly went to the locality to support the people. On November 12, this agency carried out procedures related to registering changes in land use right certificates for 1,026 households with more than 2,230 certificates.

The fact that specialized agencies directly go to the grassroots to adjust changes in land use right certificates has helped people reduce time and costs, and quickly complete the adjustment of land procedures after the merger.

Mr. Duong Kim Phong - Director of the Land Registration Office, Huong Khe - Vu Quang branch, said: The unit took advantage of the day off to carry out the task, thereby reducing the pressure on the one-stop department at the commune and district levels, quickly resolving needs and reducing travel effort, avoiding inconvenience for people. In the coming time, the unit will continue to coordinate with the Commune People's Committee to provide free support to the remaining households.
