Lieutenant Colonel Ly Van Thanh, Head of Bac Yen District Police, Son La Province said that in order to promote Bac Yen to become an ideal destination, to develop synchronous tourism development models, the most important thing is still the security and order factor. "When the area ensures security and order, investors and tourists can feel secure in choosing it as a place to invest and relax, and people will be excited and feel secure in working and producing. To do that, it requires each officer and soldier of the district police and commune police to raise their sense of responsibility in grasping the situation and maintaining peace in the area."

In Ta Xua commune, one of the favorite destinations of many domestic and foreign tourists, 8 officers with university degrees who are good at their profession and have a solid knowledge of law and professional skills have been assigned to perform the task of ensuring security and order.

According to Lieutenant Colonel Dinh Van Thuan, Chief of Ta Xua Commune Police, identifying the importance of ensuring security and order in the mountainous area, in recent years, since the regular police force came to the commune, Ta Xua Police, with its core role, has promoted the implementation of many professional measures, proactively grasping information at the grassroots level to promptly detect and attack crimes of all kinds.
In addition, the unit also promoted propaganda and mobilized ethnic minorities to come to the headquarters to activate their electronic identification numbers, conducted hundreds of patrols to ensure order, and guided people to establish inter-family fire prevention and fighting teams.
