The Inland Waterway Authority of Region I announces that tomorrow (August 23), inland waterway traffic on the Lach Tray River ( Hai Phong City) will be restricted.
This restriction on waterway traffic is intended to facilitate the practical examination for the third-class inland waterway vessel captain course, as requested by the Vietnam Maritime University.
On August 23rd, inland waterway traffic will be restricted on the Lach Tray River (Hai Phong City) (Illustrative image).
The restricted area includes the inland waterway section from Km 02+000 to Km 04+000 of the Lach Tray River, located in Trang Cat Ward, Hai An District, Hai Phong City, from 7:00 AM to 5:00 PM.
Inland waterway vessels entering this area must strictly adhere to the instructions of the inland waterway safety control force and the inland waterway signaling system installed in the area; and strictly comply with the Inland Waterway Traffic Law.
