Hai Duong issues 7 new administrative procedures under the Department of Transport

The Department of Transport has 7 new administrative procedures including: Approval of water recreation activities in water areas on inland waterways, seaport waters or maritime areas; announcement of opening, allowing activities in water areas other than water areas on inland waterways, seaport waters or maritime areas, marked and identified by buoys or flags with easily observable colors; closure, not allowing activities in water areas other than water areas on inland waterways, seaport waters or maritime areas, marked and identified by buoys or flags with easily observable colors; registration of means of water recreation for the first time; re-registration of means of water recreation; re-issuance of certificates of registration of means of water recreation; deletion of registration of means of water recreation.

The Department of Finance has two new administrative procedures: establishing public ownership and transferring power projects of non-state budget origin (to be resolved by the provincial level); transferring power projects that are technical infrastructure used in common in urban area projects, residential areas and other projects that investors must hand over to the State according to the provisions of law (to be resolved by the district level). One revised and supplemented administrative procedure is establishing public ownership of assets whose ownership is voluntarily transferred to the State by organizations and individuals.

The Department of Industry and Trade has 2 revised and supplemented administrative procedures including: Granting certificates of food safety eligibility for food production and trading establishments; re-granting certificates of food safety eligibility for food production and trading establishments.

The Department of Labor, War Invalids and Social Affairs has 9 revised and supplemented administrative procedures in the field of employment, including: Settling unemployment benefits; suspending unemployment benefits; continuing unemployment benefits; terminating unemployment benefits; changing the place of unemployment benefits (moving away); changing the place of unemployment benefits (moving to); resolving vocational training support; supporting job counseling and referral; monthly notification of job search.

The Provincial People's Committee also decided to amend, supplement and promulgate 25 administrative procedures in the fields of government building and youth work, emulation and rewards, and civil servants under the Department of Home Affairs; amend and supplement 30 administrative procedures in the field of physical training and sports under the authority of the Department of Culture, Sports and Tourism.

As of April 15, Hai Duong province has 1,900 administrative procedures under the jurisdiction of departments, branches, sectors, district and commune People's Committees. Of these, 556 administrative procedures provide services at the full-process level, 1,105 administrative procedures provide full services and 240 administrative procedures provide online services.
