After a period of urgent implementation and speeding up progress, at the end of October 2023, T&T Group officially inaugurated phase 1 of 2 projects: T&T City Millennia commercial area, villas and luxury apartments in Long An and the residential and commercial complex project in An Giang.
These are two real estate projects that are considered large-scale in the Mekong Delta and are key projects completed to celebrate the 30th anniversary of T&T Group.
With a scale of 267 hectares, located in Long Hau commune, Can Giuoc district, Long An province, the T&T City Millennia high-end commercial, villa and apartment complex is being developed by T&T Group with the desire to create a millennium city with the appearance of modern international metropolises.

Meanwhile, the An Giang residential and commercial complex project is the first iconic project in Long Xuyen city - An Giang based on the harmonious combination of Vietnamese cultural identity and world quintessence, with the goal of creating a prosperous life and a prosperous community in An Giang province. The project is deployed on an area of about 3.5 hectares with a total investment of over 2,378 billion VND, located in the center of Long Xuyen city.
