Attending the conference were more than 200 delegates, including leaders and chiefs of offices of provincial departments, branches and sectors; leaders of units and localities at district and commune levels.

In order to proactively provide information to the press when necessary, avoid information crises, contribute to social stability, and create conditions for socio-economic development in general, training in speaking and providing information to the press is a content that needs attention and implementation.
The Director of the Department of Information and Communications suggested that delegates, in addition to focusing on listening and absorbing skills and knowledge, should frankly discuss contents from practical tasks to better serve the work of speaking and providing information to the press.
