VPF said that Ha Tinh Stadium had many problems such as soft, uneven field surface, uneven grass on the field, and many areas with very thin grass (areas in front of the A stand, the middle of the field, the goal area, etc.). The main reason was unfavorable weather.

VPF requested Ha Tinh Club to quickly overcome these situations by continuing to suspend training and competition activities on the field. At the same time, the club must strengthen the maintenance and care of the field, and have solutions for grass care in cold weather, drizzle, and frost.

If the quality is not guaranteed, Ha Tinh Club will register to borrow Vinh Stadium as their home field to welcome Thanh Hoa Club in round 15 of V-League, taking place on February 28.

Previously, the Ha Tinh Club's pitch was complained of not being of good quality after the match with the Hanoi Police Club. Coach Alexandre Polking of the police team also expressed his frustration when his players did not perform at their best due to the bad pitch. VPF immediately issued a document to remind Ha Tinh Club and asked the team to quickly fix this situation. In addition to Ha Tinh Club, another team that is in a similar situation is Binh Dinh Club. The weather in Quy Nhon is quite similar to Ha Tinh, so the Quy Nhon pitch is also not of good quality.
