Hanoi is about to have a road connecting Tay Thang Long Street to Pho Vien intersection.

The project aims to contribute to gradually completing the regional traffic system, reducing traffic load on existing routes, improving people's travel conditions, connecting with main routes in the region to create a smooth traffic network to ensure traffic for the region, contributing to changing the face of urban traffic, promoting local socio-economic development.

This is a Group B project, urban road project - regional main road; level I project invested by the People's Committee of Bac Tu Liem district with a length of about 1 km: The starting point of the route connects with Tay Thang Long road, the end point of the route connects with Pho Vien intersection, Nguyen Dinh Tu street. The route is designed according to regional main road standards, design speed 50km/h. Typical cross-section scale of the road B = Bmat + Bhe = 2x7.5m + 2x7.5m = 30m. The main investment items include the foundation, road surface, sidewalk, trees, cross-road culverts, drainage system, lighting, technical trenches, water supply and fire prevention, traffic safety and other auxiliary items.

The City People's Committee assigns the Investor to be responsible before the law and the City People's Committee for the accuracy and legality of the information and data shown in the appraisal dossier; the entire process of project management, implementation and management, and use of investment capital must comply with the provisions of the law of the State and of Hanoi City.

Manage construction investment costs in accordance with the provisions of Decree No. 10/2021/ND-CP dated February 9, 2021 of the Government and current regulations of law. Organize project management and select contractors in accordance with current regulations of the State and Hanoi City on management of construction investment projects using state budget capital, on bidding and contractor selection.

Coordinate with investors of related projects to unify the design plan of items to ensure synchronous connection of technical infrastructure systems inside and outside the project area to improve investment efficiency, avoid duplication and waste; Have appropriate construction organization measures, ensure traffic safety, labor safety and minimize impacts on people's lives in the project area. Work with city departments, branches and related units to carry out site clearance work according to regulations to ensure project implementation according to approved progress. Carry out investment monitoring and evaluation reports and coordinate community monitoring according to current regulations.

The Department of Transport and the Department of Construction are responsible for managing construction quality according to their functions, tasks and current regulations.

Other relevant city departments and branches coordinate and guide investors to implement the project in accordance with current regulations; take responsibility for state management in their management areas for work related to the implementation of investment projects.
