Approval of route plan and location of LK54 route for site clearance

Vice Chairman of Hanoi People's Committee Duong Duc Tuan has just signed and issued Decision No. 4603/QD-UBND dated September 4, 2024 on approving the route plan and location of LK54 route from the resettlement area to serve the site clearance of Nhat Tan bridge, extended Highway 5 and urban development projects to LK53 road, scale 1/500.

According to the Decision, the plan and location of the route were prepared by A&D Architectural Design Joint Stock Company and approved by the Hanoi Department of Planning and Architecture. The starting point is at the resettlement area serving the site clearance of Nhat Tan Bridge, extended Highway 5 and urban development projects (Dong Hoi resettlement area), Dong Hoi Commune, Dong Anh District; the end point intersects with the planned road with the symbol LK53 in Yen Thuong Commune, Gia Lam District. The route length is about 3.8km. The route direction is consistent with the approved Master Plan for Capital Construction, Capital Transport Planning and N9 Urban Sub-Zone Planning. Inter-regional road classification.

Road cross-section scale: typical cross-section width of 40m includes the following components: roadway 2x11.25m (6 lanes), median strip 3m, sidewalks on both sides 2x7.25m. Specific cross-section components will be determined precisely according to the road construction investment project approved by competent authorities.

The intersections along the route are level intersections preliminarily determined on the basis of the road network according to the approved planning. Specifically, they will be further studied and accurately determined during the detailed planning process on both sides of the route or the investment project of the level crossing route approved by the competent authority.

At the intersection of the existing Yen Vien - Bac Hong national railway, when establishing the construction investment project, the Investor is responsible for contacting the Railway Management Agency to negotiate related issues regarding the organization of intersections between roads and railways to ensure traffic safety.

The City People's Committee assigned the Department of Planning and Architecture to check and confirm the plan drawings and route locations according to the approval decision of the City People's Committee.

Dong Anh District People's Committee shall preside over and coordinate with Gia Lam District People's Committee and relevant agencies to organize the public announcement of the approved project plan and route location so that relevant organizations and individuals can know and implement; Deploy the work of setting up road boundary markers at the same time as carrying out land acquisition and site clearance during the implementation of the investment project.

People's Committees of Dong Anh and Gia Lam districts: strictly manage land and construction order on both sides of the road according to the approved planning, plan and location of the road.
