With efforts in mobilizing human resources, material resources and organizing construction reasonably and professionally; with the support of local authorities and people in the project area in site clearance, on June 8, package No. 39, 500 kV Line Project, Circuit 3 from Quang Trach (Quang Binh) to Pho Noi (Hung Yen) was completed, 4 days ahead of schedule. This is also the first package to complete the entire 500 kV Line Project, Circuit 3.
Package No. 39 belongs to the component project of the 500 kV Line of Nam Dinh 1 Thermal Power Plant - Thanh Hoa, passing through the communes of Nga An and Nga Giap (Nga Son).
Package No. 39 is part of the 500kV Line component project of Nam Dinh 1 Thermal Power Plant - Thanh Hoa. With a length of 6km, the package includes 16 column foundation locations, from location No. 67 to 82A, passing through the communes of Nga An and Nga Giap (Nga Son). The contractor for this package is Phuong Hanh Company Limited, headquartered in Ngoc Lac District (Thanh Hoa).
On the morning of June 8, the contractor's technical workers performed the final step of installing the line positioning frame.
According to information from the contractor, the construction contract was signed on December 12, 2023. To be proactive and prepare for the long-term construction organization, from the very first days of implementation, the contractor proactively built construction roads to facilitate the transportation of materials to the construction site, significantly shortening the construction time compared to having to carry out manual transportation.
Package No. 39 received enthusiastic support from the government and people of Nga Son district in early site clearance of column foundations and route corridors.
In recent days, despite the harsh weather, all construction teams at the site have been working in 3 shifts, 4 shifts in accordance with the project's instructions. Mr. Nguyen Van Sao, team leader of construction team No. 39, said: "To implement the package, we mobilized a team of more than 100 workers. In particular, the wire pulling work was deployed from May 13. The workers took turns working non-stop at the site, ensuring the progress of 4 days to complete the wire pulling of 1 anchorage section."
Leaders of the National Power Transmission Corporation, the Northern Power Project Management Board and contractors inspected the construction work according to the design drawings.

Along with that, determining the urgency of the project, we have mobilized maximum human resources and machinery. In particular, the wire pulling team is arranged by us with skilled and professional forces, implementing the work effectively and ensuring safety”.
Phuong Hanh Company Limited executes package No. 11 through Dai Loc commune (Hau Loc).
It is known that at the 500 kV Transmission Line Project of Nam Dinh 1 Thermal Power Plant - Thanh Hoa, the contractor Phuong Hanh Company Limited undertakes 4 packages No. 10, 11, 38 and 39, with 67 column foundation positions. Along with package No. 39 completed on June 8, the contractor's force of about 500 technical workers is organizing many construction teams to pull wires along the entire route to complete the entire volume of the packages before June 20.
The 500 kV line 3, circuit 3, passing through Thanh Hoa province, is 131 km long, passing through 11 districts and towns in the province, including 299 pole foundation locations and 137 anchorage spaces. The entire cleared land has been handed over to the construction unit by localities in the province since May 29. As of June 8, the entire 500 kV line 3 project has erected 337 poles; completed pulling 15 anchorage spaces and is pulling 18 anchorage spaces. |
