Handing over 1,600m2 of national defense land to build a road along Dong Nai river

After receiving 1,600 square meters of defense land, the land area for road and river embankment construction has reached 97%. The remaining households that do not hand over the land will be forced to move on November 29.

On November 19, Regiment 935 held a conference to hand over defense land managed by Regiment 935, Division 370, Air Defense - Air Force to Bien Hoa City People's Committee to build a road along Dong Nai River.

Dong Nai riverside road project has reached 97% completion so far.

At the conference, the locality and the military unit agreed on the content, signed the handover minutes and received the defense land for the project.

Specifically, the military unit handed over 1,600 square meters of defense land at Dau Port in Buu Long ward, Bien Hoa city.

Mr. Vo Van Phi, Vice Chairman of Dong Nai Provincial People's Committee, said that after receiving the handed over land, the locality will continue to coordinate with Regiment 935 to support the relocation of assets and belongings to the unit's assigned location.

At the same time, the People's Committee of Bien Hoa city is requested to direct the investor and construction unit to implement the project but ensure the safety of the waterway section through the national defense land area, not affecting the work of the unit.

The defense unit has allocated 1,600 square meters of land to implement the riverside road project.

After receiving the site, the leaders of Dong Nai province and Bien Hoa city directed the Project Management Board and the construction unit to quickly mobilize machinery and personnel to quickly implement the remaining project.

Mr. Vu Quoc Thai, Vice Chairman of Bien Hoa City People's Committee, informed that the road and embankment project along Dong Nai River has reached nearly 97% of the site after receiving national defense land.

There are still some households that have not handed over the land. It is expected that on November 29, the remaining households will be forced to hand over the land to the project by November 30.
