Specifically, the price of E5 RON 92 gasoline increased by VND497/liter, to VND19,840/liter; RON 95 gasoline increased by VND329/liter, to VND20,857/liter.
Diesel 0.05S price: Increased by 268 VND/liter, at 18,777 VND/liter; Kerosene increased by 221 VND/liter, at 19,142 VND/liter; Mazut 180CST 3.5S increased by 111 VND/kg, at 16,125 VND/kg.
In this management period, the Ministry of Industry and Trade - Ministry of Finance did not set aside or use the Petroleum Price Stabilization Fund for E5RON92 gasoline, RON95 gasoline, diesel oil, kerosene, and fuel oil.
According to the Ministry of Industry and Trade, the average price of finished petroleum products in the world between the price adjustment period on November 21, 2024 and the adjustment period on November 28, 2024 is: 80,360 USD/barrel of RON92 gasoline used to blend E5RON92 gasoline (up 2,782 USD/barrel, equivalent to an increase of 3.59%); 85,362 USD/barrel of RON95 gasoline (up 1,716 USD/barrel, equivalent to an increase of 2.05%); 89,878 USD/barrel of kerosene (up 1,266 USD/barrel, equivalent to an increase of 1.43%); 89,732 USD/barrel of 0.05S diesel oil (up 1,530 USD/barrel, equivalent to an increase of 1.73%); 453,944 USD/ton of 180CST 3.5S fuel oil (up 3,896 USD/ton, equivalent to an increase of 0.87%).
On the world market, at 6:00 a.m. on November 28, WTI oil price was at 68.77 USD/barrel, down 0.01%, equivalent to a decrease of 0.01 USD/barrel. Brent oil price was at 72.93 USD/barrel, up 0.16%, equivalent to an increase of 0.12 USD/barrel.
Oil prices were little changed on Tuesday, weighed down by a surprise build in U.S. gasoline inventories and concerns about U.S. interest rate cuts next year. But they were supported by easing supply concerns following a ceasefire between Israel and Hezbollah.
U.S. gasoline inventories rose 3.3 million barrels in the week to 212.2 million barrels, the Energy Information Administration said, compared with analysts' expectations in a Reuters poll for a decrease of 46,000 barrels.
In the most recent adjustment period (November 21), the prices of all types of gasoline and oil were adjusted downward by the Ministry of Industry and Trade - Ministry of Finance. Specifically, the price of E5 gasoline decreased by 109 VND/liter, not higher than 19,343 VND/liter. The price of RON95 gasoline decreased by 79 VND/liter, not higher than 20,528 VND/liter.
Diesel price decreased by 64 VND/liter, down to 18,509 VND/liter. Kerosene price decreased by 67 VND/liter, down to 18,921 VND/liter. Fuel oil price increased by 5 VND/kg, not higher than 16,014 VND/kg.
In this management period, the Ministry of Industry and Trade - Ministry of Finance continues to not set aside or use the Petroleum Price Stabilization Fund for any products.
