SJC and Doji gold price list closing session 8/8
The price of SJC gold rings today tends to increase. At the end of today's session, the price of 9999 gold rings, type 1-5 only, was listed by SJC in Ho Chi Minh City at 56.05-57 million VND/tael (buy - sell), an increase of 50,000 VND/tael in the buying direction and unchanged in the selling direction compared to the end of yesterday's session.
Today, SJC bought and sold 0.5-chi 9999 gold rings at 56.05-57.1 million VND/tael, also increasing 50,000 VND/tael in buying price and remaining unchanged in selling price compared to yesterday's closing price.
Meanwhile, the price of Doji gold rings today reversed and decreased. At the end of today's session, Doji's gold ring price was traded at 55.85-56.95 million VND/tael (buy - sell), down 150,000 VND/tael in both buying and selling compared to the end of yesterday's session.
The price of gold rings of Phu Nhuan Jewelry Joint Stock Company (PNJ) today is bought and sold in Ho Chi Minh City at 56.1-57.1 million VND/tael, unchanged from yesterday's closing price.
It can be seen that gold trading enterprises are narrowing the buying and selling gap of SJC gold bars to attract buyers. Accordingly, instead of the difference of up to 1 million VND/tael between the two buying and selling directions as before, the difference between the two buying and selling directions of SJC gold bars is now 500,000-750,000 VND/tael. This is to stimulate buyers in the context that people are no longer interested in gold bars.
Meanwhile, the difference between buying and selling prices of gold rings is still up to 1-1.1 million VND/tael.
In the world market , gold prices today decreased slightly after tough statements on monetary policy by some officials of the US Federal Reserve.
At 4:34 p.m. today (August 8, Vietnam time), the world spot gold price was at 1,933.5 USD/ounce, down 1 USD/ounce compared to last night.
World gold converted at the current exchange rate at Vietcombank is priced at nearly 55.69 million VND/tael (excluding taxes and fees). The price of SJC gold bars is 11.63 million VND/tael higher than the international gold price.
